Senior Associate

As Senior Associate, Kyle Dubuque focuses on all phases of the deal process as well as portfolio management and other strategic initiatives at the firm. Prior to Green Rock, Kyle was an Associate at Arctaris Impact Investors, a Boston-based private equity impact investing firm . Kyle underwrote and helped close multiple investments in the real estate and waste-to-value verticals with a focus on underserved communities. He also helped form the Arctaris Impact Community Development Entity (CDE), which led to the receipt of $30 million in New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) allocation from the U.S. Treasury in 2022. Kyle started his career at EY-Parthenon (EY-P), the transaction advisory and growth strategy consulting arm of Ernst & Young. At EY-P, Kyle served private equity and corporate clients in a commercial due diligence/M&A advisory role, working on over 35 buy-side transactions.

Kyle holds a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from Northwestern University.
